Lance has experience racing on the international road circuit. He has trained with and competed against WorldTour professionals, and has been known to occasionally beat them in a sprint. More recently he’s found extra joy in ultra running, but his roots will always be in cycling.

Alongside being an athlete himself, he has a passion for helping others dig deep and reach their goals.

Lance currently resides and trains in London and can often be found leading rides for Raptor out of The Clubhouse in Putney.

• Accredited British Cycling Activity Coach

• Trainingpeaks Level 1 certified coach

• 2x Arizona road state titles and Pro/1/2 podiums

• Competed at multiple Junior/U23 national championships

• UCI race appearances

• Raced internationally and once won prize money in an elite Belgian kermesse

• Accomplished ultramarathon runner and occasional marathon support runner
